Challenge
The problem.
Educational programs are often fragmented across video hosting platforms, Google Docs, GitHub, and Telegram. As a result, deadlines fall through the cracks, there is no centralized dashboard to monitor progress, student interaction histories are lost, and managing cohorts of more than five to ten learners becomes chaotic and unsustainable.
Solution
What we built.
We built a lightweight LMS focused on structured learning and accountability rather than mere video consumption. Courses are composed of lectures and assignments; assignments can either be attached to a specific lecture or function as standalone modules. Every submission follows a strict, transparent state progression: published, active, answer submitted, pending review, and graded.

- Deadlines are highly visible—in lists and detail views—and turn aggressively red once expired, acting as a strong behavioral trigger
- Explicit status updates after every action relieve user anxiety and completely eliminate duplicate homework submissions
- Thoughtful empty states ensure that a lack of content is never misinterpreted as a system bug
- Confirmation dialogs proactively prompt teachers when creating standalone tasks outside of a lecture to prevent structural confusion
