The problem.
For the host: endless 'when works for you?' email threads, time zone mix-ups, double bookings, lack of pre-meeting context, manual handling of Zoom links and reminders, and pure chaos when juggling different meeting types. For the invitee: zero visibility into real availability, frustrating wait times for replies, confusion regarding time and location, and a complete absence of clear instructions.
What we built.
The core concept of the product is the Event Type. Instead of scheduling each meeting individually, the user creates a reusable template that defines the name, description, format, duration, time zone, availability rules, custom intake questions, branding, integrations, and internal notes. This reflects true product thinking rather than basic CRUD architecture, seamlessly allowing a single person to manage dozens of distinct meeting types.
- Event Types dashboard: featuring color coding, quick link copying, toggle switches, event cloning, and private internal notes
- Advanced availability engine: granular day and interval selection, custom exceptions, rules applicable to specific dates, weekdays or date ranges, comprehensive time zone support, and defined booking horizons
- A frictionless, five-step booking flow for the invitee that requires absolutely no account registration
- Deep ecosystem integrations: seamless two-way calendar sync, out-of-the-box support for Zoom and its alternatives, alongside automated Slack and chat notifications
- Account personalization and branding: custom public link aliases, tailored welcome messages, localized language settings, date/time formatting, and custom logo uploads
