The problem.
Businesses find it hard to locate verified experts. There is no fast way to hire without a long recruiting cycle, and there is risk on both payment and quality.
Experts face the mirror image. Chaotic inbound requests, no trust without ratings, and no structure connecting profile, specialisation, projects and payment.
What we built.
An ecosystem for interaction between business and experts, not a freelance exchange. Role selection drives onboarding. Category and specialisation limits control quality. A full lifecycle runs from registration to a completed project inside the platform.
- Expert onboarding and verification with a three level specialisation system
- Expert profiles: education, languages, services and rates, portfolio, reviews, status
- Project publishing with budget, languages, duration, screening questions and cover letters
- Two catalogues, experts and projects, filtered by specialisation level, budget, country and business category
- Project lifecycle management for current and completed work

The hard part.
Four participants share one system: expert, client, company, and the platform itself. Taxonomy spans categories, specialisations, and business fields. Status scenarios cover profile activation and restriction. On top sits a trust layer and marketplace mechanics.
