The problem.
Brokers assemble proposals by hand from Yachtfolio, spreadsheets, PDFs and memory. Calculations go wrong. Letters look different depending on who wrote them. A reply takes hours or days.
In this industry the speed of response decides the deal, the presentation carries the trust, and an error in the numbers is a reputational risk.
What we built.
A configuration driven quote builder. The broker picks a template, enters client data, dates and location, adds yachts manually or by import, toggles blocks such as fees, seasons and discounts, and gets a ready email or WhatsApp message.
- The Automator, a dynamic quote builder at the centre of the product
- Centrally managed email templates with placeholders, fonts and accent colours
- Financial rules: APA, per yacht VAT, high and low season, day and week rates, deposits, delivery and repositioning fees, discounts
- Yacht data with URL based Yachtfolio import, manual override and multi currency
- Contract Check, which validates sums, instalments and totals before sending

How it's built.
A form first interface built around filling speed, not decoration. Detail work moves into modals so the main flow stays short. Checkboxes configure the output instead of duplicating forms. Imported data stays editable, so the broker can correct rather than trust blindly.
